🍺Vendor Spotlight: Armageddon Brewing LLC !
What started as a challenge for owner Christian turned into a passion for crafting exceptional beverages. Several years ago, Christian was mistakenly diagnosed with Celiac disease and had to give up beer. Determined to find great gluten-free alternatives, he and his friends began exploring hard cider and mead. Disappointed by the overly sweet ciders and uninspiring meads they found on store shelves, they decided to put their homebrewing skills to work and create their own.
Through countless batches and plenty of experimentation, they discovered just how versatile cider and mead can be. From crisp, dry ciders to bold, flavorful meads infused with fruits, spices, and honey, they developed a deep appreciation for traditional brewing methods and the craft behind them.
Although Christian later learned his diagnosis was incorrect and returned to enjoying beer, the experience sparked a passion that ultimately led to the creation of Armageddon Brewing. What began as a homebrewing hobby evolved into a mission to create unique, high-quality craft beverages and share them with fellow New Jersey beer lovers.
