Have you seen the giant fill machine we've used CommonWealth Kitchen to fill some of our orders? The verdict is out on whether we or it is faster. It depends on what we're doing and how many people we have available but it does make it possible for one person to do 200 1/2lb bags in about 2 hours. That's something for sure!
