Even though we've sold out of this gorgeous vermouth several times already, we have it back in stock and feel like we should let everyone else in on the "secret"

Valentia Island Vermouth is the first and only vermouth made in Ireland. The two mermaids on the label represent Orla and Anna, the two lovely women who make this w**e-based vermouth, and the lighthouse pictured is where they were married 🤍 . All around the label are drawings of the many locally foraged herbs and other botanicals that make this one of our new favorite sippers. The addition of a dark homemade caramel (almost burnt!) helps temper the sweetness with a refreshing bitter bite.

Sip on its own or make an awesome cocktail like Jen's spritz (pictured), a Fruit Cup, or a Vermouth & Tonic.

When the Monte Veronese Malga wheel is PERFECTION.

This Northern Italian cow's milk cheese is made in the Alpine mountains north of Verona but ONLY in the summer when the cows are up in the high fields eating the most complex array of herbs, grasses, and flowers. The varied diet of the cows makes for the richest, most flavorful milk, and you can taste the complexity in the cheese.
