Brie & D

Q4 Boston update:

OCTOBER: 3 wedding spots left. 6 corporate left.

NOVEMBER: 11 spots left total. Thanksgiving: 8 left.

DECEMBER: 80 cap. 24 spots left. Then closed until January.

I will not overbook to make extra money and deliver soggy boards.

Fresh-made morning-of. Delivered ready-to-serve. Labeled dietary. No staff.

This is why Boston’s best-hosted weddings + offices book Brie & D.

Comment **Q4** + your date + guest count. I will personally check if you’re inside the cap and hold it.

If you wait until November for December, you’re getting pizza.

Thanksgiving: I take 30 orders. 8 left. Then closed.

Thanksgiving morning delivery: 9AM - 11AM window. Boston + surrounding areas.

20 guests as appetizer hour:

2 Boxes + 10 Cups + 8 Crudité = $306

Fresh-made Thanksgiving morning. Set it out while turkey rests. You’re not at Market Basket.

I do this because hosts who order Thanksgiving order December. Every year.

Comment **THANKSGIVING** and I’ll hold your slot for 24 hours. After 30, I’m closed.

Last Friday. 2 offices. Same street in Seaport. Same order.

Office 1: 10AM delivery - 2 Boxes + 15 Cups + 8 Crudité = $370

Office 2: 11AM delivery - 3 Boxes + 20 Cups + 10 Crudité = $535

- 1 Bakery Box add-on: $40

Total: $945 in 1 hour on 1 street.

Why? Because one EA told the other EA.

Corporate in Boston runs on word-of-mouth. Be the office that looks good.

Comment **SEAPORT** and I’ll send you both orders + our Seaport delivery route.

Boston brides getting married September - November: Read this before you sign that catering add-on.

Venue passed apps for 100: $2,400 - $4,800 + 22% service + gratuity. And they need staff, timing, and a kitchen window.

Brie & D wedding cocktail hour for 100:

100 Cups: $1,000

3 Boxes: $225

Total: $1,225 delivered. Morning-of fresh. No staff.

Your guests mingle. No line. No “where’s the food?” Your photographer gets clean photos without servers in them.

This is why 6 Boston planners put us on their preferred list this year.

Comment **BRIDE** + your venue and date. I’ll check delivery + send you the wedding menu.

One Boston company. 12 months. $6,420 total.

Their monthly order:

3 Boxes + 20 Cups + 10 Crudité = $535 x 12

Why they stay:

I know their building. I know their front desk code. I know 6 GF, 2 vegan, no nuts. Labeled every time. Delivered 11AM. No email chain.

They don't have a caterer. They have a system.

That's what corporate catering should be.

Comment SYSTEM and I'll send you how we set up monthly + quarterly corporate accounts for Boston offices.

If your Boston office holiday party isn’t booked by October 1st, you’re getting a grocery store platter.

I say this every year and every year EAs DM me November 15th panicked.

December corporate for Brie & D:

70% booked already. Seaport + Financial District + Cambridge are first to go because they book Q4 in Q3.

50 people: 3 Boxes + 20 Cups + 10 Crudité + 1 Bakery = $535

Fresh-made morning-of. Delivered. No staff. No rentals.

Your boss will not remember you saved $50. He will remember if the food looked cheap.

Comment **DECEMBER** + your date and I’ll check it right now. If I say it’s open, hold it today.

Real DM from last week. Boston Financial District. 30 people.

2 Boxes + 15 Cups + 8 Crudité = $370

Her boss: “This looks expensive. Good job.”

Her: Gets a $200 bonus and is now in charge of all Q4 events.

Corporate events are not about food. They are about who looks competent.

Be the person who booked Brie & D.

Comment **HERO** and I’ll send you the $370 order that gets EAs promoted.

If your wedding or corporate event is at one of these Boston venues, we already have a delivery protocol for you:

State Room, Revere Hotel, The Exchange, Artists for Humanity, 500 Pearl, Boston Public Library, The Fairmont, Encore, CIC Cambridge.

No “can you get in?” No “where do we park?” We know the loading dock, the elevator, the contact.

Fresh-made morning-of. Delivered. Ready before your guests.

Comment **VENUE** + your venue name and I’ll tell you our delivery window for it.

This is what makes us Boston’s go-to, not Boston’s Instagram board.

September Boston calendar update:

Weddings: 8 spots left. Then closed.

Corporate: 12 spots left.

Thanksgiving: 11 spots left of 30.

December: 70% booked.

I cap orders per day because everything is fresh-made morning-of. I will not make it the night before to squeeze you in.

This is why planners book early.

If your event is September - December and food is still “we’ll figure it out” — now is when you figure it out.

Comment **SEPTEMBER** + your date and guest count. I will check it personally and hold it for 24 hours.
