New Yogurt for the weekend!

🍓Strawberry yogurt with strawberry rhubarb jam-we are going all in on the strawberry with this one.
🍓 strawberry yogurt with pomegranates- strawberry yogurt with crunchy pomegranates on the top
🫐🍋 lemon blueberry yogurt with cheesecake top- one of our favorites so far. Lemon yogurt with whole blueberries and topped with cheesecake
🍋🫐 lemon blueberry yogurt with mango jam- same yogurt as above, but with sweeter jam on top
🫐🍋 lemon blueberry yogurt with pomegranates-a tasty fruit explosion
🍋🌸 lemon yogurt with peony jelly-1 left. Don’t be afraid, it’s really good. We understand it takes a while to get used to the idea of a new flavor. Remember Ube? That took a while to catch on and now a bunch of you have told me it’s your favorite. Edible flowers are here to stay.

EDIT: we have a winner! Barb Shroyer Moyer guessed it- lemon yogurt with peony jelly. It sounds weird but give it a try-it’s delicious. Barb gets a free flavored yogurt for her efforts and thanks for all the engagement. I have lots of flavors to experiment with.

MYSTERY FLAVOUR!!!

If you can guess the flavor of the jelly, your next flavored yogurt is free.

Hint: It goes well with lemon yogurt and it’s unexpected. Don’t be scared-you’ve learned to trust us thus far and we haven’t poisoned you yet.

EDIT- many good guesses give us great ideas for the future. Think something edible that you wouldn’t normally eat.

We would never name and shame here.

We celebrate yogurt eating, but several people have told us that they are eating our yogurt in their vehicle as soon as they get it and that it’s their full meal. Makes perfect sense to us, sooooo….

We are giving you Yogurt Spoons. Feel free to grab one or two from the cup on top of the fridge.

Also, the flaves out in the shed tonight are
1. Vanilla/cherry
2. Ube/Mango jam
3. Pineapple/Pomegranate-2 left
4. Piña Colada-2 left
There will be something else tomorrow but I’m not sure what. We shall see where the spirit takes me.

Big fridge restock tomorrow morning, 5/22!

We’ve been busy with end of the year things and feeling a little under the weather, so right now except for milk and some delicious pickles, the fridge is empty. If you are just coming for milk, stop on by. If you need yogurt, butter, or ghee, hold off until tomorrow.

New yogurts today!

🍍🥥Top shelf is PIÑA COLADA and 1 TROPICAL EXPLOSION (a mixture of todays two flavors)
🥭 Middle shelf is UBE YOGURT WITH MANGO JAM
🌟 Third shelf is unflavored- eat ot plain or use your imagination to flavor it. Sweet or savory. We love it in place of sour cream.

Snag your fruity yogurts while they are here, and you can sit out in this tropical heat and pretend you are somewhere exotic that is also unreasonably hot.

Also, fermented pickled wild garlic (ramps). With and without green onions. Once they’re gone, they’re gone until next year.

Big Shed Restock!

In yogurt, we have new flavors and old faves.
🧨 Dubai Chocolate Yogurt- our plain yogurt topped with pistachio butter mixed with shredded wheat for texture. It’s all topped off with mini chocolate chips and your own Dubai chocolate candy. The plain yogurt balances, the sweetness of the topping. Plus, it’s pistachios and shredded wheat, so it’s health, food, right?
🍋 Lemon Yogurt topped with pomegranates is tangy and sweet with the crunchy pops of sweetness from the pomegranates. This is one of our new favorites.
🍋 🍓🫐Lemon Yogurt with Mixed Berry Jam is the same yogurt as above. It’s just topped with sweet mixed berry jam. Sorry about the mess, I went a little overboard with the jam🤷🏻‍♀️

⭐️ Granola restock. We have reached the time of year where chocolate in granola will not work anymore because of the melting. This granola has pecans and mixed dried fruit. Still the same granola recipe, just different mix ins.
🍿 mushroom popcorn is back in stock. It does not taste like mushrooms, that is just what it’s called because it puffs up like a mushroom when it’s popped. Don’t forget your ghee, tallow, or lard to pop it in.
🪻Healing Lotion will be back in the shed this afternoon!
