Deliciously Seasoned Ribeye, Sliced Carrots and Brussel Sprouts, and Mashed Potatoes!
Bourbon Barrel Foods’ Kentuckyaki sauce with our Sel Gris Celtic Sea Salt and Applewood Smoked Pepper made the perfect steak rub.
**Allow it to marinate for a few hours so the steaks can soak up as much flavor as possible!!
Alongside the steak are sautéed carrots and brussel sprouts, seasoned with the Sel Gris Celtic Sea Salt, Applewood Smoked Pepper, and our Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar.
**In a pan or skillet on medium heat, melt about 1 Tbsp of butter and a minced clove of garlic until the pieces turn a nice golden brown. Add your chopped vegetables to the pan, along with the salt and pepper, and mix. Turn down the heat and add about 1/3 cup of Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, and let it simmer, covered, stirring occasionally until they reach your preferred tenderness or crispiness.
The mashed potatoes are a comfortable combination of boiled and mashed potatoes, butter, salt, pepper, half & half cream, and some parmesan cheese. Mix together, and season to taste.
