T-bone or Porterhouse, do you know the difference? ⁣⁣⁣

Both come from the short loin, but here’s the breakdown:⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
T-Bone - cut from the front, smaller / smaller section.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Porterhouse - cut from the back, has a larger tenderloin portion that needs to measure 1-1/4” or larger to be a true porterhouse. ⁣

Both are perfect for throwing on the grill whether you’re celebrating something special or just making a Tuesday feel like a occasion.⁣⁣⁣
