IT'S NATIONAL BURGER DAY!!! 🍔 We may not have the actual burgers, but we do have all the fun additions 😎.

We had whip us up a burger using some of our goodies and now we want more.

Beef patty seasoned with Butcher's Spice Blend, some melty Harlech Cheddar from , a tangy and herby sauce made with sour cream, horseradish mustard, and chopped parsley. Come by and we'll help you grab stuff for your own gourmet burger!

Reminiscent of a manchego in texture and taste and infused with mojo picon, a popular Spanish hot pepper sauce 🌶🌶

Because we were closed yesterday, the cheese of the week is a day late! We have our Fennel Blue from Point Reyes this week. This is another savory blue that has a surprising depth of flavor without an overwhelming amount of fennel. This guy is good with honey and any cracker or bread 🧀🥖
