For those of you who have not yet heard, Out of the Whey is closing up shop. Unfortunately the support was just not there and it is simply not feasible to continue. That being said, I am selling out all my equipment and other items so that I can be out of the building by months end. I'll post pictures of the larger items that need to be sold since they are of the most important at this time. Hours that I'll be at the store are:
Mon. thru Fri. 10AM to 3PM and Sat. 10AM to 2PM. Please feel free to call me if you should have any questions. It's best to email me at [email protected] since I'm SOOO not good at Facebook :(

We are just beginning to carry some interesting goat cheeses from Crooked Mile Cheese in Waterford, VT.
Starting out with a couple of spreads, Honey & Lavender and Basil & Garlic then there are two "pyramids", one with chives, the other plain. They're local and yummy.

Barber's English Cheddar will be on sale Friday & Saturday for 15% off a half pound. (must buy 1/2 #). This is a nice creamy but SHARP cheddar that almost everyone loves. Don't hold the fact that it comes from England against it! It is SUPER YUMMY!!!
Cheddar Lovers, this cheese is for you!
