Even though I was on vacation, the flowers sure were not! There are bucket loads of flowers ready to go here on the farm. Been working all morning getting subscription bouquets ready to go for tomorrow's delivery. While cutting, I even found a little friend chilling on top of the flowers (swipe to the end to see but dont swipe if you don't like snakes...)

Holy...moly....check out these blooms!!!! I am blinded by how gorgeous this week's bouquets turned out!!! There is everything from giant dahlias, eucalyptus, straw flowers, gomphrema, to lisianthus in these bunches. So pretty, it takes your breath away! Huge shout out to for hooking me up with some of these absolutely incredible blooms!!!! Honestly, this type of bouquet makes me so happy because it's where other flower farms support other flower farms. Its not about competing but making each other better. The goal to to supply locally grown flowers, whether it comes from my farm or another, everything here was grown within 30 minutes. Pretty incredible I would dare say.

On that note, If you're a local buisness in the Brainerd lakes area or Aitkin area, reach out to me! There are still so many flowers and we can set up weekly flower deliveries right to your buisness!

We will be offering formal CSA's this spring (which means weekly bouquets for your home or buisness) but spots are limited. Reach out to set this up!

IT'S HERE! The epic suprise is a new greenhouse! I no longer need to battle seed demolishing/baby plant killing chipmunks, fight a leaky roof, or worry about the glass falling out of the windows!!! I can't express how in love I am with this greenhouse. In the future there will be a cute path to the door and native plants landscaped and surrounding the building to feed the pollinators.

Until then, I'm am already putting the greenhouse to work. Even though flowers are still blooming like crazy, I have to plan for the next year already. Right now, that means i have to start saving seeds and getting some additional plants in the ground so they can establish roots. Tulips and daffodil bulbs will be coming soon so I also have to also prepare for that. With any luck, this greenhouse will allow me to have flowers blooming before mother's day!

This week's flowers are giving dessert vibes! I am loving these bouquets and the classic "berries and cream" combo. You'll find vanilla strawberry hydrangea, diamond rouge hydrangea, blue muffin Viburnum, red Viburnum, amd raspberry foliage playing together in this bouquet.

We also made good progress on the new exciting project and plan to show everyone what the secret is after Wednesday! Stay tuned for that!

We are officially standing at the beautiful crossroads of the seasons.

Right now, our fields are experiencing a magical overlap. The vibrant, sun-drenched blooms of late summer are sharing the spotlight with the rich, moody textures of early fall. It is a breathtaking time of year where you get the absolute best of both worlds.

These bouquets are off to their new homes tomorrow to brighten up the week for some lucky folks and businesses! Thank you Lindsey’s Flower Farm & Garden and wanderingdeerfarmstand for adding some of your gorgeous blooms to these breath taking bouquets this week!

It has been absolute, beautiful chaos over here at the farm! We are working on a new big (and super awesome) project here at the farm. In the meantime time, the fields are bursting with color, the blooms are popping faster than we can pick them, and our official four-legged managers are completely and utterly dog-tired. If you see them napping on the job (scroll to end of photos) please know they are union and theres nothing i can do about it.

We are packing up the prettiest stems and sending them off with for two awesome events this week. Come grab a drink, get creative, and build your own dream arrangement !

See you Thursday 6pm and then on Saturday !!!

I love this time of year, the garden is shifting its colors and is in a state of transformation. With high summer, it brings the boldest blooms to the stage.

What is blooming now:
Sunflowers, turning their faces to the golden afternoon light.
Gladiolas, standing tall in striking, vibrant spires.
Hydrangea, showing their bright whites only to give way to their antique shades.
Mountain mint, busy with the hum of honey bees.

At the end of July, we have only the hottest of temps and not a whisper of wind or rain to carry us into August but still, take a moment to gaze at the flowers, enjoy the buzzing of bees and savor the sunshine. Enjoy the peak of the season.

The farm is exploding with blooms this week! The blooms range from classic gorgeous to the strangely beautiful (check out the pictures rattle snake master and sea holly).

Holy Crapola, you guys must take your health care pretty seriously because we had an absolute sell out last night at the bouquet bar!!! Dr. Benny and his PA-W, Ory, had to exchange their white coats for mud boots and snips so we could do a complete restock of flowers for Saturday's event! Thank you guys so much and we hope to see everyone who didnt get a chance to make a bouquet at Ernie's tomorrow at 4pm!!!
