Hey folks! So I finally have a few extra wholes, halves and quarters that are ready for butcher! I haven’t added many new customers in a while because I just didn’t have the cattle. So if you are interested please PM Me! People have commented on an old post many weeks after I posted it to reserve a half or a whole and I just didn’t see it. Thank y’all for always supporting us!

Hey folks!! So unfortunately we won’t be doing any parking lot sales anymore. It was fun while it lasted and I really really appreciate all of you that supported it! From now on we will just be selling wholes, halves and quarters. I have a couple of wholes and halves that will be ready for butcher in September and then we will be booking for Spring. Message me if you are seriously interested. We will mostly likely be booking a year out because we need to know how many we need to feed since feed is going to be questionable and expensive. Our goal is to keep providing farm-raised high quality beef and pork to the folks that want to want a premium niche product that is local. Again, I want to thank everyone that supported the van and parking lot sales!!! It was a good ride!

Ok folks. We are going to have a huge blowout sale tomorrow from 10-1 pm at the Rankin County Coop. We have loaded the trailer down with a ton of meat we need to move! We will be working deals on the fly. If you want to stock your freezer now would be the time!! We will take cards or cash. Y’all come see us! Thank you!

Ok CANTON folks we will be at The Old Jail Farmers Market today from 5:30-7 p.m. This is the last one of the year! Y’all come out and support something special. Farmers markets are crucial for local farmers since it is very difficult to do a roadside stand today. Support your local farmers. Thanks!

Sold out!! We will do this again in a few weeks. Ok folks we have some bulk ground beef boxes! Each box is 36-40 pounds. $5.85/pound!! It is mostly grassfed and is farm-raised, dry-aged, flash frozen and comes in 2 pound packs. Ground ribeye ($10/pound). We will meet everyone in Brandon Wednesday afternoon to pick up their box. Please message me if you want a box. Limited supplies. Thank you!
