Today we’re celebrating freedom, family, and the joy of simple, handmade living. There’s something magical about watching fireworks from the top of a hill, surrounded by people you love, with the scent of grilled food in the air and kids running barefoot through the grass.

Let’s take a moment to be grateful for the blessings of this country, the hard work of generations before us, and the beauty of building a life rooted in faith, family, and a whole lot of heart.

I took these a few weeks back, and keep forgetting to post them! We're super excited for produce around here!

The peach trees were planted a few years ago, and finally have some little peaches! And we're ready for some apple butter, as all the apple trees are LOADED!
