A 50% deposit is required to reserve.
After your deposit is received, we will take your custom cutting instructions, so you can have your beef cut your way! We can help you with your cutting instructions to be sure you receive your beef the way you want it. All of your meat will be vacuum sealed for long lasting freshness. YES, even your hamburger will be vacuum sealed in handy flat packs.
These lots will be processed on May 13th. (19 days of dry aging)
This price includes the cost of standard processing.
Select a 1/4, half, or whole beef from the lots offered above and give us a call to reserve your beef, today!
After 14 days of dry aging, take home yield is approximately
58-60% of the hanging weight. (Yields can vary depending on how you request your beef to be cut.)****
