Can you name every ingredient in your bread? 🤔

If you buy your bread from non-organic bakers, probably not. Many conventional bakeries cut corners with fast-acting yeast and artificial souring acids just to churn out loaves as fast as possible. Even worse, non-organic flour often contains residues of glyphosate—a harsh chemical weedkiller sprayed on conventional wheat that can disrupt your gut and make people sick.

True sourdough is an art that takes up to 3 days to perfect. It should never contain more than 4 things:
1️⃣ Organic Flour
2️⃣ Water
3️⃣ Salt
4️⃣ Sourdough Starter
