⭐️ Vendor Spotlight! ⭐️
Corvus Ferments and the Dumpling Nest ()

We are a small farm located in Vernon, Vermont, specializing in fermentation, dumplings, hot sauce, kimchi, and chili oil. Our pigs forage in the oak forest on acorns, and thrive on apples and squash from local farmers. The ingredients we don’t grow we purchase from local farmers, making our products 92% Vermont grown.

We serve juicy meat dumplings alongside vibrant vegetarian and vegan options, plus rice bowls topped with marinated eggs, house-made kimchi, pickles, and chili oil.

Coming soon, we will have meat pies made with our own leaf lard crust.

Come visit us at our farm to purchase pork cuts, bacon, kimchi, pickles and all the other things we produce here on site.

It’s the last summer market of the season! Come and enjoy one more beautiful day outside before we head over to 60 Austin Drive for the winter market, Saturdays 10-2 until March!. The Eggs will be playing some tunes and we will be stocked with all of your fave meats, fruits, veggies, and everything else! It’s not too early to start shopping for all your hand-crafted gifts!

For the 39,000 Vermonters who rely on Snap benefits, the US Dept of Agriculture has said that they will not have enough funding to send out November Snap benefits—this is a lie! They have emergency funds in place if they need them. Please spread the word by either contacting Governor Scott, sharing this message on social media, or post in Front Porch Forum! Snap not only benefits the folks using them, but also our farmers and local economy.

We’ll see you at the market!

We can’t believe it’s the last outdoor market of the season. We are so grateful to every person who came out to support all of our dedicated and talented vendors. It just so happens to be peak foliage in southern Vermont right now, so come through before or after your forest adventure. We welcome peepers and locals alike 🍂 Let’s be like the trees and go out in style ✨
