This also begins the beginning of swarm season. How does this affect you? Queen bees breed in flight so they leave the hive. They may stop by your house or place of business in the next month. If they do no need to be alarmed they will leave usually pretty quick.

If you have a swarm that stays for more than a couple days, call a beekeeper, not mine though. Our insurance no longer allows us to relocate swarms. 🙁
