Traveling to Michigan from Colorado to find out that Holiday Inn Express miss represented a reservation as a "2 bedroom suite". Hotel would not accomodate our needs. Here is the complaint I put on IHG's website for the property located at:

Holiday Inn Express at 220 Wildcat Trail, Lincoln NE

Website should not say 2 bedroom suite.... this is false advertising. We arrived to find out there are not 2 bedrooms but in fact 2 beds in a single bedroom suite. I will be posting this on social media when I get to my home office. We also spoke to the 800 number and we wer told by your staff that this was in fact a 2 bedroom when it was not when we made the reservation. Actually... our main lender is doing 30 year loans at 2.5% to 3% with No Origination Fee to Borrower OR cost to buy down to this rate. We are taking many loans from the banks this week on the "Conquest Program".
