June Lettuces are some of the most amazing greens around. Butterhead, Green leaf, and Red Oak are abundant now, plus all the great Lettuces that go into our Lettuce Mix!

We’ve got perfect Salad eating weather, plus these leaves are right for the job on grilled burgers. And Butterhead leaves are made for Lettuce Cups!

We also just got a fresh delivery of ice cream - because salad + ice cream is the perfect summer meal 😋

Welcome to May! This week at the farm we’re going to plant so much food, water and sow so many seedlings, and make the most of Spring as we finish up renovations and projects.

🛒We’re stocked with our own Certified Organic Microgreens, Cilantro, and Pea Shoots and have a Farm Store full of local eggs, meats, dairy, pantry staples, and treats, too.
