Good afternoon, folks!
We entered the Brewer community with the desire to create a sustainable, family business. A business that we hoped would generate revenue and build the local economy. A business that we dreamed would eventually become a symbol of family and stability within the area.
From the very first day, we have been astounded by the enthusiasm and support shown to our family. We’ve met some of the best people. We have had the privilege of working beside them day in and day out to provide an excellent shopping experience for our guests. Our success over the last year and a half wouldn’t have be possible without the generous outpouring of love and commitment from you, the Brewer IGA patrons. We are so honored to have been welcomed into your home town and accepted as part of your community.❤️
While we acknowledge you as the largest part of our success, we also know the contribution of many others made this dream a reality for us. To the City of Brewer, the businesses, sales representatives, vendors, and drivers we partnered with to ensure the best quality products were on those shelves, and to the staff members that showed up in the most difficult of times- thank you. We value every relationship and we’re grateful to have been able work beside you as we represented Brewer IGA.
We are deeply moved by the calls, emails, letters, and visits we have received. We never imagined a scenario such as this would play out, but we are comfortable knowing that what started out as your community, has now become OUR community- and we’re leaving it in the best possible hands. The Tozier family will own and operate the store space, offering to the community, a new Tozier’s Family Market. Their generations of experience and strong family and community ties will only support the growth of the Brewer Community.
