It takes a village to make a sandwich shop like this function. Thank you to our staff and our loyal customers for an amazing 2025 season. But there’s one person I absolutely could never do this without; my mother. Thank you mamma for being by my side through this entire adventure. We look unassuming however this crew assembled over 1,500 sandwiches and so much more this week. Big pat on the back for taking down one of the busiest weeks of the entire season! Seeing as it’s his birthday today, we thought this would be the perfect opportunity to begin introducing our staff at Ack Gioia! Everyone please welcome Spencer! A born and raised cape codder, Spencer joined our team this year as back of house manager. His favorite ACK Gioia menu item is the Knotty Girl on focaccia. The dude kills it, and we’re so glad to have him here!
