Thompson Outdoors is excited to announce our partnership with Real World Wildlife Products!

I have used RWWP on our farms for 7 years now and there is no comparison! Their slogan has always been “Dare To Compare!” They are a Christian based company located in mid-central Illinois owned and operated by deer hunters!

As a dealer we will be offering a wide variety of food plot seeds, bedding seeds, fertilizers and other additives, and miscanthus plantings!

I want to take a moment to tell all my customers how much I appreciate you. 2025/2026 was another successful season. Also want to thank my family and friends that helped get us through it. Charlie's Deer Processing and Smokehouse thanks each and every one of you!

Good luck to all the Hunters on the last weekend of season. We are open all weekend. Our last day to accept whole deer or deboned meat for sausage is Sunday! Thank you for your continued support. Charlies deer processing!

We will be closing at 5pm on Xmas eve. And closed on Xmas day. If you kill one my cell phone number is on the answering machine. You can drop it off on a cart and I will come out and roll it in the cooler. Must be field dressed! Just give me a heads up you are coming. I know it's gonna be warm so just trying to help everyone out as much as we can. Thank you and merry Christmas from charlies

We have all first season deer done and ready for pickup! Coolers are empty and ready for second season. Good luck and be safe everyone!

As of yesterday, 40 deer have been donated to our unit’s Hunters Feeding Illinois program! That’s 1,276 pounds of venison, which is estimated to be 5,104 servings!

A huge shoutout to our partnering processors, Charlie's Deer Processing and Smokehouse and Legacy Meats!

The program has also received several monetary donations, which have enabled the processing of these deer donations and will allow the program to continue operating during the upcoming deer hunting seasons.

Our team is beyond grateful for the support we’ve received from our processors, donors, and deer hunters. Thank you for helping us address food insecurity in Lawrence, Richland, and Wabash counties!
