Welcome to Hind & Fore Quality meats, where we have been successfully serving the bridgewater/somerville are for the last 60 years!! At Hind & Fore we specialize in selling only USDA Prime beef, with cut to order steaks and roasts. We also sell Dry aged london broils, filet mignons, t-bones, porterhouse, and sirloin steaks (up to 50 day age). We also grind all of our own meat products on site: gro

und beef, lean ground sirlion, all white meat ground chicken, ground turkey breast, ground veal, ground pork, and ground lamb. We also offer a wide variety of homemade fresh sausages made on site including hot and sweet Italian sausage, sweet Italian turkey sausage, Polish kielbasa, British bangers, Spanish chorizo, bratwurst, South African boere sausage, Lamb meurges sausage, country style breakfast sauage, and chicken apple sausage. In addition to selling the highest quality USDA Prime beef we sell pennsylvania dutch chicken, pork, and turkey, American lamb (not Australian or New Zealand) as well as sushi grade fresh fish and seafood.
