Another Thursday, and our crew is hustling to get these beautiful Rhode Island striped bass out to market. Some are bled and iced at sea, some are ikejime, and some are handled the traditional way. They’re headed to some of the best customers and restaurants on the East Coast, but we always save some of the best for our retail display.

In the case today:
• Rhode Island striped bass (iced & bled or ikejime fillets)
• Black sea bass (whole or filleted)
• Summer flounder/fluke (whole or filleted)
