Please pull into the driveway closest to East West We will be in a white pickup, if you get there prior to us please pull on the right side of the field.

This is the same farm that hosts Food Truck Wednesdays on the Farm

It's directly across from the Transit Truck Stop as well!

Address 1289 Wrighton Rd - mailbox has a white sign, feel free to turn around in the grass around the mailbox.

Please watch the kids on the 4 wheelers, ATVs, bikes, the animals and the ball field folks.

🐥“Tell me your hens are in a good mood without telling me your hens are in a good mood.” 😂🥚

Normally these girls will fight over the SAME 4 nesting boxes like the other 25 don’t even exist.

Doesn’t matter if there’s 5 eggs or 50 — apparently only certain boxes have the ✨right vibes✨.

Today though? Every single nesting box was loaded. All 25 boxes had eggs like they suddenly discovered assigned seating.

Little chicken fact: Hens usually prefer laying where other hens already have eggs because it feels safer to them.

That’s why you’ll often find a pile of eggs in one box while the others sit empty.
Dummy eggs or golf balls in nesting boxes can also encourage younger hens where to lay.

Other nesting box tips:
• Keep bedding clean and dry to prevent cracked/dirty eggs
• Darker, quieter boxes usually get used more
• You only need about 1 nesting box for every 4–5 hens
• If your hens suddenly stop using boxes, check for mites, snakes, or hidden “secret nests” outside 👀

As for our June egg drop — I wanted to give everyone a heads up that I’ll be undergoing two surgeries on May 19th and May 27th. Because of this, June egg orders will likely be delayed by about a week, so please plan ahead if you’ll need extras.

I truly cannot thank everyone enough for continuing to order from us and for sticking with us through all of these life changes. Your support means more than you know, and we appreciate every single one of you. ❤️


May eggs will be going out in the next 48 hrs unless your picking up at the Millersville Farm on Saturday or at Lothian ( you can grab from Lothian starting on Friday)

Note to self: apparently the flatbed now requires a passenger manifest before leaving the farm.

Picked up a stowaway who rode a full 7 miles into Dunkirk like she paid for diesel.

She hops off in the Harris Teeter parking lot and chooses VIOLENCE. Took off under trucks like she had warrants.

Meanwhile… I’m over here with a pelvis held together by hopes, dreams, and hardware, trying to “run” after her. By run, I mean aggressively fast-walking with intention while yelling her government name. Absolute scene. 10/10 public entertainment.

Monk’s in pursuit, I’m in survival mode, and two random guys jump in like it’s a live-action farm rodeo.

For a solid minute I thought we were gonna have to leave her and explain to Ran how she started a new life in Dunkirk… but nope. She’s home.

Unbothered.
Unapologetic.
And clearly ready for her next unauthorized field trip. 🤣🤣🤦🏻‍♀️
