All patties made for free for all freezer beef orders placed in March

A potential strike at the JBS beef plant in Greeley, Colorado, is raising concerns about short-term disruptions to the cattle market, as packers already operate with reduced capacity and tight supplies.

Workers represented by United Food and Commercial Workers Local 7 issued notice to terminate a contract extension effective March 15, allowing a labor strike to begin as early as March 16 if negotiations fail. The Greeley facility employs about 3,800 workers and is a key hub for fed cattle processing, tied to both domestic beef flows and export markets.

The timing comes as packers continue to adjust operations amid shrinking cattle supplies.

Freezer beef prices as follows (includes all processing):

Whole beef-$4.79/lb hanging weight (600-900lbs)
Half beef-$4.89/lb hanging weight (300-450lbs)
Hind quarter of beef- $5.14/lb (150-225lbs)
Front quarter of beef- $4.79/lb (160-230lbs)

In light of tax return season there will be no extra fee for making Pattie’s for freezer beef order placed during the month of March.

All meat is VACUUM SEALED, cut to your spec!
Wait time is 5-21 days depending on current availability and size requirements.

Need to fill your freezer!? In this post we will highlight what you can find in the FRONT 1/4 of a beef.

Weighing from 160-220lbs each, we sell a front quarter for $4.79/lb hanging weight currently (this includes all cutting, vacuum sealing, labeling, flash freezing, and boxing). All cattle are raised local and hand selected live by our team for superior quality, value, and flavor. Cattle are then processed and dry aged 100% in our facility.

In the front of a beef:

-Ribeye
-Chuck roast
-Short Ribs
-Brisket
-cross cut shank (ossobuco)
-well-marbled stew meat
- Ground beef
- Beef soup bones

All of these cuts are optional. By opting out of a certain cut(s) you can add them to your ground beef!
