In honor of National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day this week, I wanted to highlight The Briar Patch Chocolate Chip Cookies! With a recipe passed down from my grandma, our chocolate chip cookies are the perfect combination of soft, sweet, and chocolatey - reminiscent of childhood summers spent at the lake, with cookies and lemonade at Grandma's kitchen table.
