We have had customers ask how to process our sweet corn for winter. Please add your feedback and favorite ways that you process it! We'd love to share it with others!

Here's a few ways to process sweet corn:

*Cut corn from the cob, bag it, and freeze it - we do NOT blanch our corn as it is an unnecessary step (in our opinion/experience with our specific sweet corn variety).

*Freeze whole with the husk on.

*Freeze whole, husked.

*Blanch it, cut corn from the cob, bag it, and freeze it.

*Pressure can - we have done this and we feel our corn tastes scorched after this process due to the high sugar content of the sweet corn.

*EAT IT ALL 😜

Just restocked the stand for the day! It's super sweet! We try not to overload the stand daily so you get the freshest corn! We hand pick daily!
