Did you know eggs are kinda amazing for real 😅
I started eating 2 eggs in the morning and I stay full way longer. Even my energy is better (not magic but helps).

Quick idea:
Scramble 2 eggs + olive oil + little salt + spinach. 5 min breakfast.

Simple food, big value.
