What? Did you see that? We are changing!
We will no longer be a Farmers Market!
After long conversations, and lack of vendor interest, I have decided to end what began this journey into farming and festivals.
I plan to put my time into being a farm, a pick your own produce garden, wedding and event venue and bringing fun festivals for the families in our community. I will still have the cart that will carry our vegetables and goodies through the seasons. We will still hold 4 festivals a year. We will still be farming and welcoming everyone to come pick their own. We will still hold weddings on the pond. We will be adding the Stitchhaus to provide quality custom sewing and seamstress work.
In the future, there are a lot of things planned which I hope will provide the community with fun things to do. Interested in a real English tea event? interested in pop up flower events? Interested in learning food preservation? Those are all coming soon.
I'll be posting an event schedule in about a month.
So, as sad as I am to say goodbye to the farmers market, I'm excited to say hello to all the new things we will be doing!
I appreciate the community support, and I pray you will continue to find us to be an important part of your life!

For those that have followed my page through the years, you know i will give it to you straight. So here goes.....
For the past year i have been struggling through some private issues. A rough divorce, relocation, upheaval of my kids, and financial struggles. Rumours have run rampant and lies have been spread. Close friends have helped me tremendously. It has been hard!
Yet, Through it all, i have been mainly publicly silent.
Today, i break that silence to say this..... Monday, i will finally be able to see a new beginning. I want to leave the bad parts of this past year behind me. I want to be able to move forward with what i want to do in life and who i choose to make a part of that life. I hope to be able to find my new normal and get back to life, work and family. I choose happiness. I choose to be positive.
So, please, if you have something to say, Be kind! Be supportive! Or be silent!
