I have gotten a lot of messages about ducks - duck eggs - meat birds and ducklings.

I will list my prices below. Please keep in mind ducklings are harder to hatch then chicks - need more nutrients - and require A LOT of water. They are also larger and live longer.

I have done a lot of research and my prices are what they are due to how much my husband and I spend to care for our ducks. They are all also purebreds from Murray McMurray Hatchery based out of Iowa.

Eggs for eating:
$6 a doz $3 for a 1/2 doz

Eggs for hatching:
$30 a doz. $15 a 1/2 doz.

Ducklings
$14 a duckling due to us having a purebred muscovy male. We paid $20 a duckling for a purebred muscovy duckling. (I charge $14 for a mix)

If you want me to raise you a meat bird I charge between $11 to $12 per lb. So it can run between $66-$72 dollars per bird. (Please keep in mind this is raising the bird from day 1 to culling age THIS DOES NOT include butchering costs - my gf charges $90 per LIVE bird for meat) we have mulard ducklings which are prime for eating.

Our eggs are also fertile so they can be incubated!

We have a flock of Blue and Black Swedish, Black Indian Runners and Muscovies.

This spring we should be adding some Welsh Harlequins, Silver Appleyards and Fawn and White Runners to our flock!
