Starting in May 2009 as a home cake design business, everything in life revolves around cake. I began to cater for individual clients and then expand into doing corporate gift packages. My clients wanted small personal size cakes and pastry. So in 2010 I launch a line for mail order gourmet cookies and not just your standard chocolate chip cookies but a high-end style of gourmet cookies you just

couldn't get anywhere. What makes them remarkable was a combination of a good recipe and great designs.
