In addition to offering the highest quality cheeses, we also offer a finely curated selection of meat and charcuterie, crackers, bread, dried fruits, nuts, olives, honey, jams, and more to bring your cheese experience to the next level. We also make a mean made-to-order sandwich and offer

*Hours Update* Happy Mothers Day! We’re open until 7pm tomorrow 5/10 with lots of cheese and chocolate. 🌸 Next week Tuesday 5/12-Friday 5/13 we will be closed, reopening Saturday 5/16. 🌷 Come by before then for delicate St. Maure and Cremeux de Bourgogne.

Shadow Blossom was one of my favourite R&D cheeses I tasted last year and I’m so pleased to finally have it in the case. We love Albert Krause’s Bavarian cheese and this wheel is no exception. A rich 3 month old alpine with almost Tonkatsu ramen broth flavours coated in a fragrant crunchy carpet of six different peppers. Each bite is its own pairing.
