Our staff. They rock! This is a testimonial for our amazing team and ALL the hard workers that are still trying to preserve the businesses they contribute so much in order to stay open during these surreal times. This is our front line. Today we shout out to all our staff members, our colleagues and let them know how damn lucky we feel to be working alongside many them. They are industry leaders, mongers, sommeliers, buyers, chefs and managers. We get to work with them! Their hard work. Commitment. Empathy, sweat and tears. It’s safe to say we would be lost without them. Without all of them. In a city where small businesses have felt the impact of not just significantly higher rents but the increasing costs in operating any small business. We have always known, 1% is the idea, 99% is the front line. The staff. The service. The entire reason we frequent any beloved store or small business. They know you. They know your dogs names.
