At Brooklyn Cured, we make award-winning charcuterie using sustainable meat and fine-dining technique, with a bit of Brooklyn swagger thrown in for good measure. We make sausages, hot dogs, salami, smoked meats, and classic charcuterie using pasture-raised meat with no antibiotics.

I whipped up a quick & healthy salad for my friend, and the main star ⭐️ is the protein! I used our duck fennel sausage in this one, but you can use any other of our varieties too. Our chicken garlic is a great option and it’s available at Stop & Shop!
