Hi !

As the new owners of Spring Lake Processing we wanted to introduce ourselves. We are Micah Patterson & Lana Patterson, and we are long-time Brooksville residents and avid hunters. Our son, Miles Patterson, has worked for Ryan over the last couple of seasons and will be with us on this venture as well. We also look forward to many of the same crew members returning with us this season to ensure a seamless transition. You may even catch an occasional appearance by Ryan from time to time!

We are only located a few miles down the road from Ryan's previous facility, so you won't be traveling further away to find us. Work has already begun on our new facility and we anticipate all being completed and ready when season starts this Fall!

Stay tuned for facility and procedure updates for this coming season. We can't wait to meet everyone, and look forward to continuing the same great service and products that you are used to!

Our processing season is officially over. I want to thank everyone who has come out this season, and years past. I’ve met some awesome people over the last 4 years, and made some great friends in that time.

There’s been a lot of questions regarding the future of Spring Lake Processing and I am excited to announce another local family will be taking it over, and it is moving only a few miles down the road. We will be working towards transferring this page over to them, and once that happens they will have more information to come, but you will be seeing some very familiar faces.

Im proud of what started as an idea, turned into a very fun “meat shop”. I’m very excited to see where they take this business, and after speaking with them, I thoroughly think you will like where it’s headed as well.

Lastly, I have to give a big shout out to the guys that have been helping me over the last 4 years, and a very special thank you to Al and Christine at Al's Wild Meat Processing, Inc. I love you guys!!

Couple updates to Spring Lake Processing, it is officially up for sale. My last post about gained a lot attention and interest, and I am very motivated to sell sooner than later. My wife and I are purchasing land to build our forever home. We will be listing our house for sale within the next month or so. My time going forward will be devoted to this process between our current home and our new place.

That being said, after speaking with the guys who help me in the shop, they want to continue to process until the business sells. If you have deer you’d like done, message me directly and we will figure out a drop off time. We will continue this way until the business sells.

More info will come as i get it. Appreciate all you guys!

🦌 Important Announcement from Spring Lake Processing🦌

After a lot of thought, I’ve made the decision to offer Spring Lake Processing for sale.

This business has been a big part of the local hunting community, and I’m extremely grateful to everyone who trusted us with their harvests and supported us along the way. I’m now looking for the right person to carry it forward.

If you’re interested or know someone who might be a good fit, please reach out via private message.

We are unable to take any more drop offs at this time. Our freezer is full and need to make room before we can take anything else. I know we’re getting close to Christmas, and people have travel plans. If you have been notified your order is ready, please pick up Monday 10-5 or Tuesday 10-6 if you are able, to make room for others.

I will make another post when we reopen for drop offs.
