Now that deer season is over, we are back to taking hogs. Here is our cut sheet. Please let us know if you have hogs ready for the freezer. Pick up is available for a fee.

I have a client who is wanting to get rid of some hogs. These are Yorkshire/Berkshire cross, all organic feed. There are 5 ready, over 250 pounds. They are $2 pound live weight, plus processing, which is $1.25 pound. Message me if interested, I’ll pick them up and you can pick up the meat from me. I’d need $500 up front to cover the hog, then the rest after it’s processed at pick up. I’ll put up my new cut sheet on here later today.

We will be wrapping up our domestic processing in a couple of weeks, so we can get ready for deer season. I will have the price list and cut sheet out soon.
