Take 2 tablespoons a day. Add to smoothies or eat directly.
Has a shelf life of 3-4 weeks.
Use a clean utensil everytime to prevent contamination so it can last longer.

Something exciting is happening starting Friday! 🫖
We will have a 'Blend Your Own Tea' station. Where you can create your own special tea blend. 🌿
Grab a bag for $10 and fill it up, you can get creative or start with a base (green tea, black tea, red tea, honeybush, peach black tea). Then add some supporting herbs like elderberries (immune), turmeric (anti-inflammatory), passionflower (sleep support), and lots more. Then pick some herbs that will add flavor like cinnamon, orange peel, rose petals, etc....

There will also be a bowl where you can mix them after you fill the bag up, so you can just start brewing at home. And a label so you can write your ingredients on. All the herbs are organic. 🥰 We hope it will be something you can enjoy.
