The mission of the market is to provide a location for local artisans to come together and sell their craft, and for the community of Brownwood to have a place to buy locally and support their neighbors. Come by the Artisan Market, hosted by Baked Artisan Goods, this holiday season to buy locally hand crafted items, home baked goods and produce. Artisans, farmers, artists and bakers alike will be

providing hand crafted items, such as fresh baked breads and pastries, jams, farm fresh eggs, homemade soaps, jewelry, unique art, locally roasted coffee and more! We will be set up the 2nd and 4th Saturday seasonally at Shaw’s Marketplace parking lot in downtown Brownwood. "When you buy something made by a person, there is something special there, and you do feel it. The consciousness with which a thing is made is often more important than the thing itself."
