Sometimes creating your own recipes doesn’t go quite as planned. 😂

I was trying to make Apple Snickerdoodle Cream Pies, but they turned into Apple Snickerdoodle Whoopsies instead!

These little whoopsies are loaded with apple snickerdoodle cookie crumbles, nutmeg buttercream, cinnamon sugar apples, and a caramel drizzle on top. 🍎✨

I was making Apple Snickerdoodle Whoopie Pies with fresh apples, but the extra moisture had other plans. 😬

So I turned my mistake into Apple Snickerdoodle Whoopsies — layers of snickerdoodle cookie crumbles, buttercream, cinnamon sugar apples, and caramel drizzle.

They may not be pretty, but they sure are delicious. 🤤

We chopped up fresh local cherries and mixed them with white chocolate chips for a soft, homemade cookie that’s perfect with a cup of coffee or a cold glass of milk.
