We opened another box today…

No, not the mystery box. That one is still under wraps.

Today we made a trip to Hunter Cattle Co., who is helping us with the processing of Sea Cow Beef and came home with something we’ve been waiting a long time to see:

The first Sea Cow Beef has officially arrived for testing!

For the next week or two, we’ll be cutting, cooking, tasting, comparing, and fine-tuning everything—and you can bet we’ll be throwing plenty of it on the Big Green Egg!🔥🥩

Our goal is pretty simple: bring you the best beef in Georgia—and if we have anything to say about it, some of the best beef in the United States.

It’s a tough job, but somebody has to eat all these steaks!

The Sea Cow is getting closer. 🐄🌊

Amazon may have gotten a little carried away with the box size.

Something new arrived at Sea Cow today, and apparently it required its own ZIP code.

US-17 hasn’t seen a package this big since John Travolta’s jet was shipped to Australia!

What do you think is hiding in there? Wrong answers are strongly encouraged. 🤣

⛽🐄 MOO-VING ONE STEP CLOSER! 🐄

We’re not quite ready to open the doors at Sea Cow just yet… but starting TOMORROW, we’re turning on the pumps!

⛽ PAY-AT-THE-PUMP GAS AVAILABLE
🕗 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
📍 At the Sea Cow fuel island

The store will remain closed while we put the finishing touches on everything inside, but at least now you can fill ’er up with the Cow! 🐄

It’s just one more step toward getting Sea Cow Butcher Shop & Gourmet Market fully open and ready to welcome the Golden Isles.

Thanks again for the incredible support and patience. We’re getting close!
