...so today, 7/23/2022, will sadly be our last day for the 2022 picking season. There's still time to get in a little berry picking!

We will see what next year brings, and we thank you all for allowing us to be your provider of fresh, local blueberries so far. We love you! Stay tuned.

We hope you all had a fantastic July 4th! We did, and it gave us a chance to sit back and reflect on the blessings of freedom we enjoy. Sometimes it can be easy to mistake a blessing for a blurden, but “blueblerries” are definitely a blessing, and we still have an abundance of them! We are still open with the same hours.

CLOSED: SUNDAY – TUESDAY FOR MAINTENANCE
OPEN: WEDNESDAY – SATURDAY 7AM – 11AM. Any other times are by request only and require an appointment.

Picking prices are the same this year as last year:
U-pick: $2.00/lb.
Pre-picked: $4.00/lb. (As available. Please give at least a days-notice if you would like us to pick for you.)
Pints: $3.00 each

We sell by the pound, not the gallon.

We had some good rainfall overnight, and more rain is forecast between 6am and 7am. But after that, there is no rain in the forecast until after noon today. So, picking conditions may be a little soggy today, and you should definitely wear appropriate shoes – no sandals, etc. Otherwise – no problem, and the berries are very happy! Well, we had a long, serious talk with the berries, and apparently some of them are feeling a left out when it comes to our dealing with realities. They feel they are a reality, too. As you can see, some of them are still blissfully happy, but others appear not so much. They would all be happier with a little more attention and a lot more picking, so I think we have come up with something that will appease the angriest of them and you, as well. So here goes:

CLOSED: SUNDAY – TUESDAY FOR MAINTENANCE
OPEN: WEDNESDAY – SATURDAY 7AM – 11AM, BUT 11AM – 2PM BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. MORNING HOURS ARE THE BEST FOR PICKING, ANYWAY…NOT SO HOT!

If these hours don’t suit, please feel free to call and request an appointment. We will do everything possible to accommodate!

Hello again, dear pickers! Yes, we are opening this year, but with a very different and limited format for the time being. We will have varying days and hours of operation. The schedule will change weekly, and you can check here and on our website www.ourdoecreek.com for the schedule of available days and hours each week.

Our opening days will be Monday and Tuesday, June 13th & 14th from 7AM to 2PM. Each week, we will post new picking days. As ususal, we will provide the buckets. Can't wait to see you guys again.
