The OBI notified me they have officially gone into an appeal because their blood supply has gotten severely low(below 65 units of O- blood a day systemwide). With the blood supply this low, that means there is no safety net. Blood centers often support one another during shortages & disasters but it is being felt everywhere and importing attempts have been unsuccessful. That’s why all eligible donors are being asked to step up to help ensure blood is available for patients.

Saturday from 10 to 1, the Bloodmobile will be at Buffalo’s Farmers Market. Come out and donate!!
