Come pick up some ribeyes! Here's what you can do with 'em:
Rosemary Ribeye with Creamy Chili Sauce //
-Ingredients: 2 ribeye steaks, salt & black pepper, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp butter, 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, 1 red chili pepper, sliced
-Sauce: 1 tbsp butter, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Let steaks come to room temperature and season generously with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over high heat. Sear ribeyes for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Add butter, rosemary, and sliced chili pepper during the last minute, spooning the butter over the steaks as they cook. Remove and let rest.
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic, cooking until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Season to taste. Serve the ribeyes topped with creamy sauce and garnish with rosemary and chili pepper slices.
