Well it’s that time of year.My garden is thriving.Taking orders for fig preserves now because last year I sold out quick...

Well it’s that time of year.
My garden is thriving.
Taking orders for fig preserves now because last year I sold out quickly. Figs will be ready in a week or two. But I do have other things I have been canning for last 3 weeks.
Pickles: dill, garlic dill, sweet, bread & butter, and sweet relish. Corn salsa.
Pickled sweet onions and pickled sweet and dill green tomatoes and candied jalepeno peppers.
Jellies: blackberry, blueberry, strawberry, muscadine, and red plum. I will be working on pepper jams next and figs.

My garden is coming along Rain did not hurt since I did above ground beds this year and it’s wonderful not to pull weeds...

Rain did not hurt since I did above ground beds this year and it’s wonderful not to pull weeds and hoe dirt.
Will have fresh made pickles, peppers, salsas and jellies soon. Still waiting on my fig tree to produce
Should be June or July
But will be taking orders because last year I sold out very fast. By end of August I had no figs left.
