Our fields are looking amazing despite this crazy weather.
We are anticipating opening our strawberry fields for picking sometime around June 15th-20th, we will keep you posted!

Temperatures on the ground hit 31 degrees here in Burdett NY last night.
We have covered and uncovered our strawberry fields 6 times this season.
This task is no small feat😅
Our small group Bible study “left the building” and gave us a hand. This is the true meaning of when friends become family.

Our reward in the end was this beautiful rainbow, hopefully promising sweet and juicy berries.🍓
Here in Burdett our morning low temperatures reached 28 degrees on the ground, detrimental to those tender
buds at the popcorn stage.
Thank you to our littlest farmers in training ❤️

Hard to believe this was just a few days ago!
We can learn so much from Nature as we plant, harvest and labor over this little farm. Observing nature is a gentle reminder of resiliency and respect for all seasons and the importance of their timing.
We have been preparing for this 2026 Season!
