HERE IT IS!!!! Final price list for Saturday's market. No holds or pre-orders (we are swamped getting the freezer together as is). First come first serve starting at 10am through 2pm. While we really appreciate people who show up enthusiastically early, we will not be opening before 10 to be fair to everyone else this weekend. We will try our best to put out what we have and keep up with restocking. We will have fresh eggs as well, but they are regular priced from the neighboring farms.

Sausage flavors (variety of all in loose / fingerlinks / large links): apple fennel, chorizo, sweet italian, hot italian, sage, breakfast, fresh salt & pepper, kielbasa, maple, parmesan garlic, french onion, philly cheesesteak, rosemary garlic, hot buffalo, and more

75 piglets and counting
36 pregnant cows
Two strips are plowed for new drought tolerant grasses in the hayfield
Manure is spread on the hayfields
Commercial kitchen is painted and the sink is going in!
New water system is still in the "ditch is dug out" phase

WE ARE NOT OPEN WEDNESDAY!! We could not pickup our restock as planned today so there is very little in the freezer. We are picking up the restock on Thursday. We will be open Saturday 10 - 1 with bacon, chops, ground beef, snack sticks, shoulder roasts etc.

We will be OPEN ON SATURDAYS (10 - 1) UNTIL after April 4th and closed for the summer while we address the hayfield / pig / commercial kitchen etc.

Order online by Thursday for the last home delivery before our break -- it will be delivered Saturday! 10% Everything online w/ code FarmeryProjects26.

***MAJOR UPDATE, 10% off everything tomorrow*** Many of you have heard that we have been having issues farrowing (pigs having piglets) for some time now. We are dedicated to being a birth-to-butcher operation, and we just can't seem to pin down the issues even with help from some of the best swine vets in the country. We also need to come up with a different method for haying because of the year over year droughts. We used to get three cuts and now only one is "good". This summer we are going to be:
1. Finishing a commercial kitchen to be able to do ready-made foods with our meats
2. Planting a Sudan-Sorghum drought tolerant hay
3. Installing a new water system since all the creeks are dried up
4. Reducing all of our hogs to a limited number so that we can focus on them in high detail to figure out the issue

All this being said, we just can't do it all...and wholesale / home delivery / farm store hours are just pulling away from everything else. There are only so many hours in the day. We will not be open or selling online for a few months starting in mid to late April. We do have some restocks coming up, so there are opportunities to stock up before we have a break! Stay tuned for updates. For the time being...we are restocking NEXT WEEK, so everything that is currently in the freezer is 10% off tomorrow at the farm store (10 -1). We are also bumping home delivery a week until restock, so that would be another way to grab your favorites before the break!

Oh -- all animal shares are still good to go. We will email you individually as they come back.
