Know anyone looking for goats? Nigerian Dwarf Goats are the best! Super friendly, amazing with other animals and kids plus they LOVE weeds!

We have really enjoyed playing with these 2, they are a hoot to watch play!

Oh springy legs are the best! Edna our first time mama is doing great and so are the twins!

Edna’s birth story was unexpected but perfect. In true fashion we all had bets on which of the 3 goats would kid first. Edna was thought to be last by all of us, she was the smallest and I for sure thought she only had 1 kid. While feeding we almost missed it, she was really quiet all day and so we thought it was a normal day for her. After the first push she had both kids on the ground within 10 minutes with no assistance needed! She immediately went to find her grain so after letting her eat some we penned her up for some bonding time.

Today they all ventured back outside! Edna was yelling at us, I think in true mom fashion she just wanted a little more room since her babies keep jumping on her 🙃

These girls will be ready for new pastures in June!

I could watch their springy legs all day!

Welcome home bottle calves! They settled in last night inside the shop and today we turned them out to an open pen today.

The pen is still up in the shop because we have some new babies getting ready to join us 😍

We have some brave chickens around here! They love the corn we feed the cows but Stu, our steer, is rarely in a sharing mood 😅

No chickens have been harmed nor have they learned their lesson! They have just gotten a little more sneaky.
