Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at The Rooted Marketplace!
We are a community of passionate small business owners who love what we do. We are dedicated to supporting fellow local businesses, providing healthy food for our families, living resourcefully, reducing waste, and building meaningful connections within our community.
Our market is open to the public every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, beginning the first weekend in June through the last weekend in September.
As a vendor, we ask that you actively promote your business and help spread the word about the market by sharing your participation, location, and contact information with your customers and followers.
Vendor spaces are 10' x 10' outdoor booths and are available for $20 per market day. A portable restroom is provided for vendor convenience.
We also host a free vendor potluck, open to all participating vendors—and occasionally a few lucky customers join in too!
Setup begins at 9:00 AM. All vendors must remain set up until the market closes at 3:00 PM. Early breakdown is not permitted—no exceptions. If you happen to sell out before the end of the day, congratulations! That's a wonderful accomplishment. However, we still ask that you remain onsite until closing time to help maintain a full and welcoming market atmosphere for our customers.
