In early 2015 we opened our USDA facility in Burlington, Washington. Working with local, heritage breed, Food Alliance Certified pork, our team of skilled butchers handcrafts each premium product. Our fresh and cured product line continues to expand and we will soon add dry cured items. Jack Mountain Meats is part of Acme Valley Foods, an artisan food collective devoted to building food companies

that share a dedication to locally sourced and crafted quality food. We help strengthen our regional economy by working locally and fostering relationships with farm partners and customers. CHANGING THE GAME | 🐄🥓

Being in this industry for a few years!?We’ll maybe almost two decades now. You learn to listen to what people want and see the ever changing landscape and melting pot of Washington State.

We love our Jack Mountain Smokers and our recipes so much! We’ve decided to tackle a new fun thing! A product we feel has been missing for all the lovely folks who don’t consume pork. What? Who doesn’t eat pork? Bacon? You say? We’ll a lot of people don’t for so many reasons.

We’ll! Now you can enjoy a product that you’ve been waiting for your whole life.

Old world Dry Cured Beef Belly Bacon. Using our famous long Dry Cure recipe and which is smoked using our Oregon Hazelnut Shells. We’ve nailed it!

OUR JACK MOUNTAIN FAMILY

After a year or so of restructuring and endless hours of recruiting and finding the right members to join our little but growing family.

We are proud for the progress we’ve made.

Thank you to everyone who has made this transition possible and for all the support. Every pound of bacon and ham that was cured and smoked kept the us going.

So many projects on the docket! We are extremely excited for the the next few months.
