Made a stop in Fayetteville, Arkansas last night to see one of our great partners at Theo’s — an upscale Chef driven restaurant just off Dixon Street. Hats to Executive Chef Sergios and Chef Rachel for taking our Hertzog Meat Co. premium dry-aged local beef and putting their own incredible touch on it. It’s pretty special to see what talented chefs can do with a product we take so much pride in producing.

And the steak tartare… WOW. I’ve literally never had anything like it. Absolutely out of this world.

We truly appreciate the partnership, the craftsmanship, and the incredible job the entire Theo’s team is doing. Cheers!

Our team at Hertzog Meat Co. cut authentic Argentinian-style beef today for a special tasting with the help of our partners The Filling Station in downtown Lee’s Summit—and we had real Argentinians there to judge whether we got it right. 🇦🇷🥩

We’d say the smiles tell the story, but you’ll have to tune in to KSHB 41 tonight at 10 PM to see for yourself. Cheers!
